Trading with Ice – Mentorship Program
By enrolling in the Trading with Ice one-on-one mentorship program (hereinafter referred to as “the Program”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Educational Purposes Only
The Program is strictly for educational and informational purposes. The content provided, including but not limited to market analysis, strategies, tools, and discussions, is not intended as financial or investment advice. Nothing shared in the Program constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell securities, options, or any other financial instruments.
2. No Guarantees of Profit
While this Program is designed to teach trading principles and techniques, trading in the financial markets involves substantial risk. There is no guarantee of success or profitability. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You understand and accept full responsibility for any trading decisions and financial outcomes that result from applying the knowledge shared in the Program.

5. Non-Refundable Payment Policy
All payments made for the Trading with Ice Mentorship Program are final and non-refundable by any means.
Once payment is received, there will be no exceptions, cancellations, or reimbursements for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with the content, or changes in personal circumstances.
By making payment and enrolling in the Program, you fully understand and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, worksheets, videos, and digital resources, are the sole intellectual property of Trading with Ice and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or repurposed without explicit written consent.
7. Amendments and Jurisdiction
This disclaimer and agreement are subject to change without notice. Any disputes arising out of this Program will be governed by the laws of the state or country of the instructor’s primary residence.
